  • Check out our documentation, which contains detailed instructions on how to use Moneydance.
  • Search the forums. Many of the issues our users experience have been addressed in other forum posts. If you are experiencing the same issue as another user, please feel free to add any additional information to that thread.
  • Use information dense subject lines. “License Key does not work” or “Program crashes when auto saving” is clearer and more useful for us than “Help,” or “Moneydance is not working”.
  • Include the full name of your bank as well as the city and state where your branch is located when requesting a financial institution connection or notifying us of an issue with a connection.
  • Please include the information about your computer from the "About" window so that we know something about your environment.
