To setup automatic downloads for BBVA Compass, you can follow the steps below.
- Logon to the BBVA website.
- Once logged in, click on "Service Center" tab.
- Select "Online Banking Services"
- Click on "Register New Access" and select "Quicken™ and QuickBooks™"
- Access Self Service, in the Online Banking Services module.
Once completed you will have 24 hours to connect to your bank from within Moneydance.
If the problems persist, you may need to recreate the connection with BBVA Compass. To do this you can follow the steps outlined in this article.
