When you purchase Moneydance from our website directly, you'll be sent a license key via email from our payment processing partners.

If you are unable to locate your license key, you can enter your email address into the "Lost Key?" field on our purchasing page, here. This will resend the license key to your email address directly.

If you no longer have access to the email address you used to purchase Moneydance, you can contact the support team by emailing support@infinitekind.com, or by creating a new support ticket here.

Once we've located your purchase using the older email address (or your billing address) we can request a copy of the license key is sent to your new email directly.

If you have purchased Moneydance from the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store, you aren't given a license key as the software is registered automatically.

If you've purchased from a third party, please do not download Moneydance from our website - Apple and Microsoft run their own purchasing and licensing system separate from ours, so your purchase will not be recognised and you'll be prompted to purchase again.

You can download updates for Moneydance via the relevant store page directly rather than from our website. Updates to Moneydance usually take a few extra days to filter over to the third party stores, as all software submissions need to go through their review process.
