This has been going on now for about a week. MD+/Plaid tells me that my login info is out of date for fidelity charitable. If I try to renew the connection it says that my user/password combination is incorrect.
If I use the same user/password to log into Fidelity Charitable it works fine.
The same login information is used for Fidelity Brokerage with no issues.
Plaid Lists Fidelity Charitable as different than Fidelity Brokerage and they have separate URLs and login pages.
Is Plaid just broken for this financial institution?
Does Plaid know this?
