Lost Key or Error with Order?


Hello – Yesterday I purchased my upgrade to MD 2022, but I never received an email with my new license key.  I tried the LostKey option on your purchase page, still nothing.   Perhaps I entered my email incorrectly when I purchased?   I see the charge pending from on my credit card.


I tried sending an email and got:

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:


      '' on 6/15/2022 8:51 AM

            550 Request failed; Mailbox unavailable

Could you help me get my new key for the purchase made yesterday 6/14/2022?  Thank You!
