What should I do if the iPhone or iPad app crashes?

Please send us the iPhone or iPad app crash report so we can diagnose the problem:

1) Reproduce the crash
2) Sync your device using iTunes
3) Find the Moneydance crash report from the following folder (depending on your platform):

Mac OS X:/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/

Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings<USERNAME>\Application Data\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice<DEVICE_NAME>

Windows Vista: C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice<DEVICE_NAME>

is the user's login name for the computer. is the name of the iPod touch or iPhone, for example, "John's iPhone".

Attach the file starting with Moneydance and ending with .crash to a discussion.
