Real Time Updates

Hi,
How can I get a drawing to update in real time on the web browser? I can only get the drawing to update when I refresh the page.

    Thanks for your message and I'm sorry about the problem with the real-time updating. Would it be possible to let us know which browser and operating system you are using to view the drawing page? Also, would you mind sending me the link to the drawing so that I could test it specifically?

    Thanks for your reply.

    I tried both Safari and Google Chrome on an iMac. OSX 10.12.6. I tried making a few new drawings too - none of them update without a refresh.
