I just realized that there is no way to create a new payee. How in gods name
do you do this?. This is ridiculous. I current payees I have is all from export of Quicken.
Right now I can not do an online payment with a new payee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Adding to address book does not show up in online payees????

I should not be having ask such a dumb question

    Hi Larry

Select the Online->Online Bill Payment menu. After signing in, you will see a window with two tabs: Payees and Payments. You can add/remove/edit payments and payees from that window.

I recognize that it is not as intuitive as it could be. While not our highest priority at the moment we will at some point link the online payees to the address book.

Or put it directly as Payee under OnLine or Payees along side Accounts.
I think the whole Online menu is confusing. You guys know what it means but fo
a new user Set Up Online Banking and Set Up Online Bill Pay for example
    is very confusing.

I think setting up things like accounts, Payee's , Bill Pay etc should be completely seperate
from the actual command to do an online update and sending payements.

Did you see my problem about transactions getting messed up ????

    Its Under Problems
