I was messing around and seemed to delete all stored info and account information. how do I get this back?

Kathy,
Go to the menu bar and click file > open. A pop-up box should show you your current file and the daily back-ups. The back up has a date stamp on the file extension and can not be opened as is. You need to duplicate the file and then rename the duplicate to include the ".md" extension. .After this you should be able to open.the file.
