I am trying to update or delete an entry while I'm on the road with my iPad and can't seem to do so - any suggestions?

    Stephen,

I apologize we haven't replied before now. I believe what you're asking is how to delete a transaction on the Ipad App. Is that correct? If so, you can delete a transaction by swiping to the left or the right on the transaction. A "delete" in red button then appears. Click that, and the transaction will delete.

If instead you want to edit the transaction, click on the transaction and then click on the whatever field you wish to change once the transactions details appear.

    Sincerely,

    Brian Adler

Hi Brian - thank for your help. Another question - where would I find my access
key in order to sync with my iPad?

    Hi

The access key is displayed the first time you run the iPad Moneydance app. After you have registered the iPad once with the net sync extension the Access key will not be displayed again. If you are entering transactions in the iPad app you have already registered the device. You do not need to enter the access key each time in order to sync.

I just updated the OS on my iPad and it would no longer sync, so I tried
removing it and adding it back, and now I don't have the access key - any
    suggestions?

The only simple way to see the access key is to remove the app from your iPad and then reinstall it. However this will result int eh loss of any transactions on the iPad the have not bee synced.

Okay - I did that, and now it's not accepting the new access key (I am only
using the letters A-F and numbers 0-9 with no spaces). What should I do now?

The system only rejects an access key if a typo has been made. I encourage you to double check to make sure it is entered precisely.

I am fairly certain that the system is not case sensitive and I would enter the letters as capitals to be sure.
