What is difference in downoading with Java or without Java (for windows)?

    Java is a set of libraries necessary for the Moneydance program to run. If you don't already have java installed on your PC you should download the version of Moneydance that comes with java. There is no harm in downloading the version with java so if you are uncertain go with that one.
