I have been using Moneydance for the first 100 transaction and from transferred Money 2003 into Moneydance for my IMac. Now it is asking me to purchase the program ok... yes I want to do that, but I dont know how to do it without losing all that I have already entered into Moneydance.

Rose,
I am not MD support. But I have been using MD since Jan of this year. To
purchase go to this link: http://moneydance.com/purchase
When you purchase, you will be emailed your license code. To active MD to
remove the 100 limit on manual transcations you just need to enter the
license number you were emailed.
You do not have to download a new copy or anything. The place to enter your
license is in the Help Menu under Register Moneydance.
Hope you enjoy the software. It's been awesome for me and I like it much
better than Quicken and Money for the fact that there isn't a sunset policy
after a few years. You just pay once and you can keep using it.

I am sorry I didn't respond sooner. The advice from TJ is quite sound. When you enter the license key into your existing installation of Moneydance the 100 transaction limit will be removed and you can continue using the software. You will not lose any data.
