I am afraid that the access key is only displayed once when you start the iPhone app for the first time. To see the code again you would need to reinstall the iPhone app.

Is it the case that the netsync extension in the desktop app nolonger lists the iPhone app? Or are you just not getting the programs to sync?

Is the access key the bunch of 4 alpha-numerics that are shown on the iPod screen the 1st time I start the app?

Do you need to enter all 12 of the numerics? are the spaces included?

Yes enter all 12 of the hexadecimal number blocks. Only the digits 0-9 and the letters A-F are used do not include spaces.

I'm assuming that you should enter the 4-digit blocks going from left to right (rather than top to bottom) and put a space between each block. I've tried this, but when I click the OK button I immediately get an error message stating "Unable to sync with Tim's_iPhone. Please verify access key." I checked to verify that I don't have any typos in the code, but have been unable to sync.
