Problems connecting with Citicard
For the past couple of days, when I've try to download transactions for my Citi Visa using Moneydance, I've been getting the following Online Error message:
There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below. The error code reported by the server was: 2000. We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact your Customer Support with reference number 9021.
This is new behavior. Connections have been fine for many months prior to this. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

Hi George,
I believe this error was one Citi's end and has since been resolved. Let us know if you're still experiencing issues.
