I started using Moneydance years ago and did the free upgrade to Moneydance 2010 when that came out. I'd like to upgrade again, understanding that I no longer qualify for a free upgrade after having checked my license key. If I do the (paid, half-price) upgrade to Moneydance 2011, will that allow me a free upgrade to Moneydance 2012? Or will that 2012 upgrade also be a paid upgrade? I'm aware that there would be a free upgrade to Moneydance 2012 if I purchase a new copy of Moneydance 2011.
In other words, does purchasing a paid upgrade work the same as buying a new copy with respect to your upgrade policy?

This is the 2011 upgrade policy : http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/frequently-asked-questions-2/moneyd...
In it the discounted upgrade to 2010 entitles the user to a free 2011 upgrade. I assume it will hold as well for future upgrades.
