It looks like Markdown parsing screws up the log, let me try it again:

me too.
Unable to download february transactions after uneventful previous months...seems unique to ameritrade.
After entering the password, md indicates downloading, but nothing happens.

It looks like our connection information for Ameritrade might be out of date. I'll research the new information and let you know when we've updated our database. This should be within 7-10 business days.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for your interest in Moneydance!

I have the same problem but it's not limited to Ameritrade. I use HSBC and when downloading transactions, the transactions simply do not appear on the register.
I've done the same thing consistently for a year now. The only difference is that I registered software finally.
What should I do now?

Hi Jarion,
Since HSBC does not support direct connections, the problem you are experiencing is very different than the problem described above. Could you please start a new thread to describe more fully what is happening? Please include the steps you are taking to reproduce the problem, as well as the version of Moneydance you are using.
Thanks!
