Can you convert a QuickBooks file to Moneydance?

I do not believe that Quickbooks can export QIF files or any other usable format, so I would have to say no.

Quickbooks is intended for small business users where as Moneydance is for Personal Financial Management so it is not exactly an apples to apples move.

    Hi Audra,

I am afraid dwg is correct, it is not possible to import Quickbooks data directly into Moneydance if Quickbooks can only export you data as a QBB. QuickBooks uses a proprietary data format for all their account and transaction data. Unfortunately we are not able to import their files. As such I do not believe it is possible to transfer Quickbooks data to Moneydance. Moneydance is able to import CSV data but I'm afraid that the data contained within reports will not be sufficient.

I'm sorry I couldn't bring you better news.
