Windows Phone 7 support (WP7)
I was hpoing perchance MoneyDance would consider working on a Windows Phone 7 app. I've heard there's an iPhone App, however; I dropped my iPhone for a Windows Phone 7 and would never turn back. I'm not sure how the iPhone app ties into the account tracking and all that as I use dropbox to hole my files so I can access the files from both the office and home, as well as keep backups in all three locations, but to be able to view/edit the ledger on the phone even if it doesn't save it to the desktop copy until syncing, or even manually would be wonderful.

I am afraid at this time we do not have any plans to port the mobile app to the Windows Phone 7 platform.
I have created a suggestion ticket for such a project and attached the ticket directly to this discussion. By posting in this discussion you have voted for the ticket.

I would second the vote for a WP7 phone. I too got rid of my iPhone for a WP7 and there is no way I would consider going back.
What about an Android app (tablet)? Is that in the works?

Allan,
There is plans to do an Android app but no specific time frame yet.

Thanks for the update...
Would love to see one for the WP7, but I am also looking at an Android tablet
(Xoom) to replace my ultra portable and Moneydance on that would be awesome!
Thanks!

Also casting a very interested vote for WP7 version of the app. I am moving to WP7 and WP8 once available. No interest or trust in Androidl. iPhone works for my wife, but not so much for me.

I bought the HandyBank application for my android phone and found it very useful. I have now switched to a Windows Phone 7 device and would greatly appreciate a Moneydance app for this platform.

With thoughts of switching to a windows phone I would need to have a Moneydance or Handybank app available.
