Are there any extensions available that could be added where your available credit on any account could be easily seen?

The Debt Insights extension will display this information on the summary page for Credit Card accounts, I do not know of anything that would display this for Overdraft or other types of revolving credit accounts.

    Hi Sharon,

If you're importing data from your financial institution, then, in Moneydance, click the 'Balance' in the lower right-hand corner of the register for the account in question.

Doing so will reveal a number of balances. Available Balance being one of them.

Thank you for your responses - however, neither of these options work for what I need. The Debit Insights only offer a single group total of what is owed and doesn't break it down per Credit Card etc... and the "Balance" button in the lower right hand corner doesn't note the credit limit to be able to do "easy" math.

So presently, as I see it, the only way to do this per card is to go to the "edit account" button and do the "math" from there -- I was just hoping for an easier "immediate" way of seeing this information.

Someone should create an extension that would do this =)
    Thanks again!

    Hi Sharon,

The Debit Insights only offer a single group total...

I fell victim to the same assumption when I first installed the Debt Insights extension.

You must first include the 'Enhanced Credit Cards' module onto your Summary/Home page.
To do so, from the Moneydance menu bar, go to File > Preferences > Summary/Home Page tab.
Here you can add the 'Enhanced Credit Cards' module to the Summary/Home page.
You should actually have it replace the regular 'Credit Cards' module.

Once installed, you will now have a middle column of values for your Credit Cards.
Available Credit being one of them. (see screenshot) Click the small, double-facing, up and down arrows to access the different values.

and the "Balance" button in the lower right hand corner doesn't note the credit limit...

The 'Balance' option works when you import the data via direct-connect. (see screenshot)
