We're hard at work on our next major release (there may be a small bug fix/adjustment release first), but I don't have any updates on a timeline for the BIG ONE at this point. When I do, we'll certainly post on our blog, out Twitter account @Moneydance, and our Facebook page.

Sorry I don't have a more precise answer for you, but please let me know if I can be of further assistance,

    Hi Jack,

We're working on a number of ideas for the next major release. Our main focus is on big improvements to the budgeting interface to make budgeting with Moneydance much easier. We're also churning out fixes for a number of smaller bugs and interface design issues to make the experience of using Moneydance smoother and more enjoyable. We've got a few other oft-requested improvements brewing as well, so the next version should be a major improvement over the current release. Stay tuned!

Is "budget forecasting" on your list?

    Jack,

Could you be a little more specific with what you mean by "budget forecasting"? Are there things the Balance Predictor and Forecaster extensions aren't giving you that you're also looking for? Thanks for your input, and do let me know,
