What Operating System are you running?
Which release of Moneydance did you download?
Do you have Java installed on your computer?

As answered in you other post: http://help.infinitekind.com/discussions/questions/4301-no-subject : There is no phone support available. All support is through these user based support forums, the FAQ's, and Knowledge Base posts. These forums are public and any Moneydance user can view and reply to posts unless the post is made "Private".

Seasoned Moneydance users, such as myself and -Kevin N., often times try to help out to the best of our abilities. There is also a Moneydance Support Staff, of about 6 or 7, that monitors these forums as well.

Once you have downloaded Moneydance.zip and unzipped the file, you ought to see a folder named Moneydance or an App named moneydance.app (It's been a while since I last used my eMac). Within that folder is the moneydance app. I suggest that you copy the moneydance app to your Application folder. You can also create a short cut to the app by dragging to your "Dock" and then just single left click on it.

One suggestion that I make to all new users of Moneydance. When saving your work for the first time, I suggest that you save it to an external storage source such as an USB Thumb Drive, External Hard Drive, Networked Hard Drive. This is in the event of a catastrophic computer failure, you won't lose all of your financial data. I keep my data on a USB Thumb Drive and work on it from there.

If there is not any phone support then I will not be using the product. I am not very computer savy and I need help often and it is too frustrating not to be able to talk to someone on the phone. Thanks for your help!
