iPhone is not seen in Moneydance Network Sync Settings
Hi there, just purchased MD and downloaded the iPhone app and MD is not seeing the phone. I looked at ur troubleshooting guide and everything is a check until I get to the part about the router and bonjour settings within that - huh? But the long and short is that I have many many apps that sync with the phone, and all those work fine. What to do?
I noticed that MD is using Java, and Java for mac has been updated twice this week by Apple so perhaps that's an issue? Well, looking forward to getting this fixed... I write software reviews for a major paper here in Nepal (www.jiggygaton.info) and was planning on featuring this app this week...

Also, the update extension gives no indication that the app is up to date or not, is this normal?

I too just noticed this problem and sent an e-mail inquiry to Moneydance support.
I was able to synch with the iPhone app as of March 15, but your are correct, since then I did a Java update and it is now no longer seen by the desktop application.

So what do you know that I didn't? It now syncs. I tried so many times without success I just stopped trying.
Your e-mail reminded me that I had not synched, so I just tried--and it worked! Go figure, but thanks.

yes, its working fine for me now as well! something must have been fixed somewhere along the line... but I am grateful... moneydance is now much better!
