When i tried to put in my user name (the correct one) it gave me this Return Code P40008463 what does it mean i wish to know how much I have in my account

    Can you clarify a little more of what you are doing.

    Are you referring to entering your user name into Moneydance while setting up online banking for an account? If so could you take a screenshot of the error message and attach it to this discussion.

    i meant my PNC back account since when i google it for PNC it kept giving me this site

    I believe Kevin's link may be what you are looking for. If you are having problems with Moneydance, please send a screenshot of the error you are getting- this will help us to better diagnose the issue.
