Does MD offer a graph or chart showing upcoming payments due and income expected? I looked for that feature on your website but cannot seem to find it in the screen shots offered. I'm looked for a replacement for Quicken Online which is quitting a month's end and shunting us off to Mint, which does not offer the ability look ahead with our finances. Thank you

    Sandy,

I was looking for something very similar. I came from Money in January and have really enjoyed Money Dance. I used a cashflow forecasting report in Money quite extensivley. I found something very similar in MD. MD uses extensions to do extra things that aren't part of the main program.

MD has one that you can install from inside the program. It is okay, but there is a similar one but with a few enhancments made to it.

    You can download it here:
    http://moneydance.com/trac/attachment/ticket/1755/balpred2.mxt

Download and in MD go to the extensions menu, click add and choose from file. Naviate to where you downloaded the balpred2.mxt and install it. To run the report you can go back to the extensions menu and choose Balance Predictor - madmike

It uses transcations in your account as well as reminders that you have for that account. I use it on an account that I have set up for set income and expenses so it's very accurate for the future balance predicting.

    Hope it fits your needs.

There is also a free 3rd party extensions called forecaster which some users prefer. It can be downloaded from here:
