Export files from Fidelity

I am a new user to moneydance version 10. Fidelity Investments only allows export of files as, Ms Excel, MS Word, Comma delimited ASDII text or Tab delimited ASCII text. Can any of these formates be imported into Moneydance?

   I routinely download directly from Fidelity Investments into MD. Just set it up like any bank. You don't need to download files separately.
