Individual Accounts and categories not appearing for Detailed Income and Expense report

I'm trying to produce an detailed income and expense report showing selected categories. I first selected the "detailed income and expense" report from the side bar. Then I chose the "edit" button at the top of the window. But in the editing window only the "all accounts" button appears. I noticed from other posts that enlarging the window may fix the problem to reveal the "individual accounts" button, but it didn't work even when I made the window the same size as the screen (screen shot attached). I'm using moneydance 2010R3 (751)

Then I thought maybe in the new release the "individual account" button has been replaced by the option to simply select each account you want. But when I go press "select" only my bank, asset, credit card and liability accounts are listed. No categories are listed. What am missing?

The category selection is different from the account selection. The "Accounts: All Accounts" selector picks which accounts the report includes. To change this, press the Select button at the right.

The category selection is below. By default it has All Expense and All Income categories, meaning: everything. To change that, click on Show: By Individual. Then you will see individual categories in the list below, and you can pick which ones you want. Use All, None to select all or none with one click.

(It isn't the most intuitive - clicking on those words which don't look like buttons. Actually I think this is the 3rd redesign in the 2010 series. Maybe it needs a few more rounds...)

Thanks, that we pretty easy. Now I see that those words are colored indicating they perform an action. I should have seen that before. But you're right, if they were buttons that would be even more obvious. Thanks again for the help.
