Finding transactions

Hopefully, I'm just missing something. I like the way that it's possible to quickly locate transactions using the search field on the home page, but then there doesn't seem to be any way to actually GET to the transaction once I've found it. Please tell me that I just haven't figured it out yet...

    Hi

    Double click on the transaction in the search results to get to the register containing the transaction of interest.

    Of course I have tried that. :) Double clicking produces no results, no matter where I click. I can right-click and choose "Show Other Side," but it often takes me about 3 times of doing that to get to the transaction. Not being an accounting, the things that come up when I click "Show Other Side" are mostly just confusing. All I want to do is to get the plain ol' boring transaction that I entered, ideally in the register of one of my normal accounts (bank or credit card).

    So it is strange that double-clicking gets me nothing?

    You are quite correct I was running build 743. Double clicking works on 743. You can download this build from the link below:
