Sidebar order

This might be a dumb question but is there a way to set the order of accounts in the sidebar. For example, within investments, I would like to have brokerage accounts together, retirement accounts together and college funding accounts together. It seems like the order might be the order in which I created them. How can I change this order? Thank you.

Hi Brenden, I brought up an issue similar to yours regarding sorting items on the sidebar. It appears that they've worked on it somewhat. Here's a link to the Trac ticket that I issued.

I looked at the link referenced above. I don't think the ticket addressed the issue. What I read and what I would also like to be able to do is rearrange the order of ACCOUNTS on the sidebar. This is helpful since I would have my most frequently used account at the top. Also it would be a big help to separate investment account from retirement accounts.Thanks

I do see your point, and agree that the feature Brendan requested is different from that requested in ticket 2465. I have created a ticket for this issue. The ticket is attached to this discussion. By posting in this discussion your interest in the ticket has been registered. This is equivalent to voting for it.
