Log in problems
This is a copy of a post I just made at the old site. I am using the only one (of 3) computers that I can get to work here. I started this question in the "Praise" section. It was marked as "Resolved", but I'm still having a problem.
"Here I go again. I have two computers at this location. I am now able to log in to the new support system from my desktop (Linux) computer. I cannot log in with my Macbook. I enter the email & password - nothing happens. It still shows as not logged in. The earlier problem I referred to was with a third computer at a different location. Is it possible to log in to the same account with multiple computers? Am I doing something wrong? I'm hoping that the new support system will be an improvement, but so far it's not working for me."

Hi, can you login if you access the site directly at http://help.infinitekind.com ? Maybe the frames that wrap the http://moneydance.com/help site are the issue?
And just to clarify, the new site (this one) uses completely different login/account system than getsatisfaction or any other forum.

That is what I tried yesterday and it didn't work. Today it does.
