Greetings,

My hard drive crashed this week and I had to have a new one installed. Unfortunately none of my data was recoverable. I need to reinstall Moneydance. I have an existing account tied to my bank. I'm looking for guidance on any particular process to access my current account. Thank you in advance.

I am not support staff, just a user.

You don’t state which version of moneydance you were using?

The current version can be found at https://infinitekind.com/preview

Older versions can be found at https://infinitekind.com/previous-versions-of-moneydance

The key was sent to you by email and is valid for the version you purchased, plus for the next version, after that using the key you can get a 50% discount.
For lost keys or upgrade see https://infinitekind.com/purchase

Later version allows you to automatically backup your data set to say Dropbox so if your hard drive crashes you can still recover your data.

    Hope this helps.
