Manually adding exchange rate value devalues stocks

[Version 2019.1(1885)]

I noticed on the previous version that when I enter a new value for, say, the USD against GBP, any stocks that are in USD get factored with the new rate. So you end up with a big dip in the price graph.

I thought maybe the new version would sort this out but it seems not.

Strange, I am also running 2019.1(1855) and the issue you outlined for me has been fixed compared to 2017.

Good. Let us know if it turns ugly again.
