I have tried several times to import transactions from the Chase Freedom Visa account to my Chase Freedom Visa Moneydance account. Each time I try only ONE transaction is downloaded (always the same one) out of a group of 5 or 6 transactions. This is a new phenomenon as of the day before yesterday. Previously I have had no trouble downloading the transactions. The Chase Freedom helper said that I was doing everything right from their end and that I should contact you.
Can you help me?

I'm a fellow user.
You have made the assumption that this is an instant chat system, it's not.
These are post and reply forum systems, so you get a response when someone reads your post and and in turn makes a reply. That can either be support staff or another user.
Are you using Direct Connect or are you downloading and import transaction files?
If you are downloading files what format are they in?

Have you tried resetting the sync on the account? I think it is that option is available under set up online banking.
