Thanks for your message and I apologise for the mix-up on our site. We were switching from the 2017 purchase flow to the new 2019 setup, and the upgrade path and 2017 download links were a couple of the things that broke in the transition. They should be all set now, so if you could try again, both situations should work this time. I'm so sorry you had to deal with our bugs on the site!
