I am getting a 'new update ' notification and have tried installing it, but it does not install despite saying it has. I am running version 2019 0 (1832) and am being told I can update to 2019 (1846).
I am trying to update existing installation, Should I uninstall and re-install?

    Hi Henry

Uninstalling then reinstalling put build 1845 on my computer and then upgrading again got it to build 1847.

    Thank you for your help.
