Online Error trying to download account

I received an error while trying to download an account.
From the message I sent earlier:
could be network error description: Error 400 Bad Request

I tried the suggested fix 3 times, and am still getting an error when I set up a new connection

    I am not support staff, just a user.

    It could help support or others to help you if you posted the version and build of Moneydance you are running, see under HELP – ABOUT MONEYDANCE. e.g. 2017.8(1682).
    Also you computers operating system.
    Give more details about the account. Is it problem when using Direct Connect or is it importing a file. What is your Bank?

    In addition to the above questions, can you clarify if this is your first time trying to set up direct connections, or have you previously successfully connected with this account in Moneydance, and this is a new issue that just started?
