I received an online error when attempting to download my information.
Error communicating with TD Bank.
"A communication or parsing error occurred. This could be a result of a network error description:
java.io.IOException: HTTP Error: 400 Bad Request

I had recently read of TD Bank performing a Security Upgrade, which required them to temporarily suspend direct connect. Here is the discussion:

I spoke with TD Bank this morning. Their tech support told me they're only supporting Quicken and that this issue will need to be addressed by the MoneyDance developers. Terrible answer but hoping this can get resolved!
