Consider a credit card account set up with categories that are expressed in the currency of the country
So I have a "Foreign Currency" category set up with the currency as "euros"
My base currency is sterling
I am using the latest version of moneydance on ubuntu linux
When I enter data. I can match the amount to the credit cards conversion currency. So the first image shows a transaction report with an accurate summary of the expenses incurred in euros (€797.30) converted to sterling of £698.68
If I then happen to query the data through an income and expenses report, the report shows the correct euro amount of €797.30, but the sterling conversion is erroneous and does not agree with the conversion shown in the credit card account or the transaction report, ie it shows £701.33
Is this an error on my part or is the behaviour recognised?
