transactions don't download.
Greetings,
I have the trial version of Moneydance. Last night I successfully connected my Bank of America account and downloaded transactions. Today I tried to download a second BofA account. All went well in setting up the account for online banking. The new account shows up in the online menu as a download option. When I select it it says it is downloading transactions, then I get "0 transactions downloaded." I feel like it must be something simple I'm doing wrong since I got it to work last night with the first account.
thank you.

You haven't done anything wrong.
It is more than likely that there are no transactions available for downloading from BofA's OFX Direct Connect servers for that account yet.

Thanks for your vote of confidence, but the new account I'm trying to set up is the more active account. I just did "download all accounts" and got the few new transactions for the first account I successfully set up, but "0 transactions" for the second account I'm having trouble setting up. Is there someway I can unconnect it and try setting it up again?
Thanks.

Hi psslavsky,
While viewing the account in question, Menu bar > Online > Set Up Online Banking. In the resulting form, click the 'Disable...' button.
When you attempt to set up the account again, click the 'New Connection' button even though your financial institution is already listed in the drop down list.

It's working now, thank you. I disabled and reconnected the account. But I also took out the account balance I had put in before I started. I did not do that with the first account. So I wonder if that had something to do with it. Hmmmm...

Psslavsky,
Wonderful! Sometimes it's just as simple as turning if off and back on again. I hope you're enjoying Moneydance, and please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
