White screen with s bunch of numbers when starting Moneydace for ipad

Hello, can anybody tell me why when I startup Moneydance for IPad I get a white screen with a 4 group of numbers and the instructions to sync with the app desktop version?

    Luis,

    Did you successfully set up the sync with the Moneydance desktop app? If so, does the app freeze during the sync process, or at some other time? Most common sync issues are addressed in our Knowledge Base articles on the iPhone/iPad app. If this doesn't help please do let me know and we'll go forward from there.
