MD2011 vs MD2010 reporting on "last 12 months"
In Moneydance 2010, setting a report date range for "last 12 months" meant from 1 year ago until today. (Example: report on 7/12/2011 covers 7/12/2010-7/12/2011.) In Moneydance 2011, the same "last 12 months" means "the 12 month period ending with the previous month." (Example: report on 7/12/2011 covers 7/1/2010-6/30/2011.)
So it no longer includes items from the current month. To get the same effect as MD2010, you need to pick "Last 365 days" instead. My memorized reports had to be changed in order to continue working as before.
Arguably, the 2011 interpretation of "last 12 months" is more accurate. But it would be nice to know about incompatibilities like this before upgrading.
