The Infinite Kind is too kind!

Can I just say that you guys are way, way too gracious and kind to fickle users (I'm one of them). I've been a MoneyDance user for about 5 years now. Incredibly user-friendly software, quick responses from the devs, yet affordable. I've need to pay upgrade fees only twice, since Infinite Kind's upgrade policy is so gracious. In between those upgrade fee cycles, I've been able to freely upgrade point revisions, oh, about 10 times.

Recently I was doing some forum research on a bank of mine that I can't app-connect to. I found a bunch of whiny complainers like this one, and this one, both demanding their money back. Good grief! I know the "customer is always right" but give me a break! This particular problem, as explained by the devs, affects not just Moneydance but also Quicken and all the other apps out there. It's a bank problem, not MD's! So why in the world wouldn't these fickle users try this feature out before buying?

Sorry for the vent, but you guys are too Kind!

    Thanks for the positive feedback! We are glad that using Moneydance on the whole has been a good experience and appreciate that you tolerate the program when it is less then perfect.
