Moneydance Mobile App
I saw a comment about the app in another forum posting, checked it out in the App Store and downloaded it. Wonderful!!
Synchronization is easy and transparent and data entry is no more tedious than anything on an iPhone. You may have just changed completely how I interact (or now don't) with my checkbook register.
Two suggestions: 1.) it would be nice to have presets for some of the data in the "Check #" field, like transfers, withdrawals, ATM, etc. (and "deposit" does not get entered automatically even if that is selected elsewhere on the screen). This would ultimately make reconciliation easier when it is done on the computer version. 2.) how did I originally miss the existence of this app? It is not mentioned on the Moneydance home page, the Updater feature in Moneydance does not list it. This could be a real plus for the product over many of its competitors. Then again, maybe the app was just someone's late night afterthought. ;)

I have created a suggestion ticket for the pre-set values idea. The ticket is directly attached to this discussion.
We are actually in the process of redesigning the main moneydance.com page. The new version prominently talks about the mobile app.
