Hi Folks ...
I've been using MoneyDance on my Mac laptop for a few years and really love it.
BUT ... the online banking and bill pay options NO LONGER WORK (online ability is why I bought MD to begin with)
I checked with my bank, and no changes have been made on their end that would effect MD not working, so I am requesting a telephone support session to help straighten out what's not working.
Can you assist?

I'm a fellow user.
For people to be able to help you they will need to know the version of Moneydance you are using, the name of the bank, and any error messages you are getting when you attempt to use online banking.
Infinite kind do not provide telephone support, with a worldwide user base and a relatively small company I do not believe it is feasible to do so.
