Not sure when this happened - I haven't opened MD in a few weeks, but now I can't download any transactions for any of my Citibank accounts. Chase accounts are working fine.
I am running 2017.7.1 (1671) on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4 - all the latest builds I believe.

IK is aware of the problem with Citi Cards. It is affecting other financial software as well:

I called Citi and they are aware of the problem. We, Quicken users, and others have reported it. No ETA.
