I'm having the same problem. When I try to use the same credentials as Quicken I get the following error:
There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.
Bank Name: Key
The error code reported by the server was: 2003
ACCOUNT NOT FOUND
If I try to log in with either my web online or the account number, I get invalid user/password error.
Thanks Kevin for taking the time to try to help me. The link you sent to me
is for a more complex problem than I am having, which is simply what are
the login credentials that will work. Interestingly, 7 years after the post
you cite Key bank is still being non-conformist. I am not using this
account for bill pay - I am just using it for the simplest checking account
and nothing else.
I recognize that building a product like MD or Quicken is a very messy
programming job and I know from working in bank IT that banks are filled
with the kind of people whom you would not want to let get within a country
mile of nuclear weapons. Banking types are uniquely talented at making a
mess out of technology, but Infinite Kind nevertheless ought to be able to
figure out a way to allow a customer to log on to the bank's transaction
I supplied some screen dumps with my post documenting what was happening,
but IK has apparently stripped them from the post.
