No new transactions

Moneydance (2017.4) reports no new transactions for Chase bank and credit card accounts even though there are new transactions. Citi Bank credit card download work correctly.

    Can you update to the most current build of MD from here:

    We updated a few security certificates. Are you receiving any error messages when attempting to download? Your error log didn't indicate an FI connection and I believe the update should resolve that. If not please attach your errlog after the attempt.

    Hi Alan,

    First, make a backup or copy of your data file.

    Then, something that you can try is to reset the sync to Chase.

    To do so, open Moneydance to the Chase account in question.
    From the menu bar, go to Online > Set Up Online Banking.
    In the resulting form, select 'Reset Sync'.
    Doing so instructs Moneydance to download any and all transactions available on the Chase server.
    Keep in mind that this may cause multiple instances of duplicate transactions that you'll need to deal with.

    I am not seeing any indication that you connected to Try Kevin's suggestion and if that doesn't work, try resetting the connection.

    Go to online > set-up online and click disable. They return to online > set up online to reestablish the connection.

    Are you seeing any indication of a connection or lack of a connection. Another thing is that chase has an additional security protocol, after setting up an online connection you have to go to the secure message center on you account and conform your identity.

    I decided yesterday to try resetting the connections. That seemed to fix the problem and I was able to download new transactions. This morning I did an update all and was successful.
