I'm a Regions Bank client. I can confirm that Moneydance does indeed connect to the Regions OFX server.
Log on to the Regions Bank website.
Hover your cursor over the 'Customer Service' drop-down list and select 'Settings'.
In the first group on the left, click 'Manage Profiles'.
See if the check marks are set for 'Online Banking' and 'Quickbooks'.
