I get an error code and instructions to correct y OFX profile. I don't know what that means.

    Hi Phillip,

In order for anyone from support to be able to help you, you should provide the name of the Bank and the exact text of the error message.

The version and build number of Moneydance and your OS can also be helpful.

There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.

    Bank Name: Regions Bank

The error code reported by the server was: 2000

Your OFX profile is not set, please login to Online Banking and select your OFX profile

    Hi Phillip,

I'm a Regions Bank client. I can confirm that Moneydance does indeed connect to the Regions OFX server.

    Try this...

Log on to the Regions Bank website.
Hover your cursor over the 'Customer Service' drop-down list and select 'Settings'.
In the first group on the left, click 'Manage Profiles'.
See if the check marks are set for 'Online Banking' and 'Quickbooks'.
