unable to set up online banking to Citi Cards or Fidelity

I just switched from Quicken to MD and like it so far, as I'm able to download my main Chase checking and credit card account transactions. However, I can not complete the Citi Cards OR Fidelity Online Banking Signup set up to save my life.
I can search and find Citi Cards, then click Next, choose one of the 2 mastercard accounts, click Next, then I see a new window to put my User ID and Password in, then it gets to the "Please choose the account you wish to use" window but I can't click on either box, and there's no pulldown menu, and there's no way to click Next from there.

Same exact thing occurs with Fidelity. Any idea what I may be doing wrong, or can do to correct it?

    Hi,

Thank you both for contacting us.
We are aware of the issue with Citi and Fidelity, our connections specialist and lead developer are working on a solution.

We will notify you both as soon as we have a solution.

Unfortunately, currently the only way to get your transactions from Citi and Fidelity into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, QIF, OFX or OFC files (sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. You can also open your bank's download page directly (after entering the appropriate address in the Account->Edit Account menu) by going to the menu bar and selecting Online->Open Account Website.
