I have encountered what seems to be the same issue as described in the previous post. I had been downloading my AT&T Universal Card ( a Citi credit card) with no problems. But, beginning in late December or early January I noticed that transactions were no longer downloading. So, I removed online banking from the account in Moneydance with the intention of setting it up again. But when I attempted to set up online banking again, I would get to the point where an account was to be selected but no account would be shown to select. I am using the most recent beta version of Moneydance.
There are several OPEN conversations with this same problem including one from me. There is no response from IK on any of them which is disappointing. It's clear that something changed in late December / early January and the downloads are now broken.
