Dropbox syncing

I get as far as connecting to Dropbox but that is all. It doesn't ask for my encryption code and doesn't sync !

   Hi Tobeus,
   The iOS app actually doesn't care where your Dropbox folder is located. The desktop side of Moneydance expects it to be called "Dropbox" under your home folder. We have an updated version Moneydance for the desktop which is close to release which will also not care where the Dropbox folder is located because it connects directly to Dropbox.com rather than using the file system. In the meantime, your shortcut fix looks like the best option.

   iona64,

   Could you already have updated on your device (iPhone/iPad)? This could explain why the update isn't showing up in your iTunes (as I do see the update in my iTunes updates). If it's still not displaying in iTunes, you can access the update directly online, which will let you view the update in iTunes.

   Do you plan to update also Moneydance program on Mac OSX ?

   I don't think the iOS update us enough to solve the Dropbox syncing but perhap's I didn't understand the way you try to fix it ?

   Yes, we're currently working on an update to the Moneydance desktop app, and it does address the Dropbox location issue. We don't have a release date yet, but I'll post on this thread when that update is available.
